Terms of service — draft
Draft for legal review. The operating company, grievance contact, refund terms and applicable legal provisions must be finalized before public launch.
Your responsibilities
Use ASITA only for your own business. Collect valid consent, honor withdrawal, and avoid sensitive medical information, spam and misleading promotions. Current public registration is for adults aged 18 or older. Verified guardian consent is not implemented.
Subscriptions and messaging
Normal and Premium prices, GST and renewal dates appear in Billing. Provider approval, quotas and safety limits apply to sends. Queued or accepted requests do not prove delivery. Message packs are one-time purchases whose credits expire at the active billing period end. Review the final refund policy before paid launch.
Data and portability
Owners can export their own customer and activity records and anonymize personal details on request. Financial totals remain as non-identifying records. Service operators must define retention, backup expiry and provider erasure procedures.
Pausing and cancellation
Pause messaging stops sends, not recurring charges. Cancel renewal in Billing stops future subscription renewal at the current period end.
